A small sub-broking unit (HR Financial Services) was founded in the year 1996, with just two people (Mr. Hemant Kakkar & Mr. Rajeev Gupta) running the show. Focus on customer-first-attitude, ethical and transparent business practices, respect for professionalism, has enabled us to become member of prestigious National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. under the trade name of HR FINANCE & INVESTMENTS.

Today HR FINANCE & INVESTMENTS is a well established stock brokerage house. We enjoy patronage of a large number of investors and business partners. We have a diversified client base that includes retail customers (including High Networth Individuals) and Corporate Clients. The organization finds its strength in its team of young, talented and confident individuals. Qualified professionals carry out different functions under the able leadership of its promoters Mr. Hemant Kakkar and Mr. Rajeev Gupta.

Our specialization lies in servicing retail & HNI clients into Equity Broking. We intend to expand our areas of services. Soon we are launching Commodity Trading, Forex Trading & Depository Services. We also want to strengthen our base for mutual fund distribution, initial public offers through our branches & franchisee outlets.
